Closet Additions

Purchased two new additions to the closet yesterday.  Both were on sale which is always a plus.

Citizens Kelly Bootcut

Talula cashmere blend sweater

Wore the sweater out today hence the wrinkled parts.  Bought the sweater in a size small but it fits quite loose.  It can be pulled up or worn as like a tunic.  Comfy for casual days out.

Mani & Pedi

Went for a full mani and pedi today.  This was a long time coming since my nails have become so brittle and flaking at the tips.  I brought along a couple of new polishes I recently purchased (I've been bringing my own polishes lately).  These are Essie colors from seasons back but after the many reviews I've seen online, I decided to purchase the mint candy apple online and found lilacism at Walgreens on my recent trip to Vegas.

 These colors are definitely more appropriate for Spring but hey, it doesn't hurt to bring a little Spring into the Winter months.

Chanel Sunnies

Finally broke out my new Chanel shades.  I don't know why I waited so long but I tend to do that with new purchases (this was purchased back in Oct. 2011, it's 2012!).  Things end up remaining in their original shopping bag or box until I remember to break them out.  I just get too comfortable wearing  what I've already used which means new items pile up and collect dust. Gotta stop doing that!

2011 Christmas Tree

One last time to light up the tree before we're off to Vegas.  Once we get back, we'll have to take it down and pack it away until Xmas 2012.  Hope your holidays was memorable & sweet!
